    BraidsParlour is an on-demand mobile braided hairstyle service provider. Our customers are able to shop for a hairstyle and book from the calendar.
  • Do I need to provide my own hair extensions?
    Hair extensions can be provided for you or you can provide your own. If you would like us to provide the hair extensions for you or not, let know the checkout. If you choose for the hair extensions to be provide for you, you will be responsible for reimbursing the stylist during your appointment. Stylists will present proof purchase.
  • I can't find the hair style I want in the catalogue?
    We offer a wide range of braiding services, send us a message and we will happy to create your perfect look for you.
  • Can I change my hair style after booking?
    Yes, you can only change your style to another braided style of a similar type up to 2 days before your appointment by sending a 'change of style request' to Changes to hair styles on the day can only be done if the amount of hair extensions needed for the new hair style is the same as the amount of extensions needed for the previous hair style. Changes made to your booking on the day of your appointment may incur additional charges.
  • What is our cancellation policy?
    Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made up to 2 days before the appointment. Appointment cancellations made less than 2 days to the appointment are not legible for deposit refund.
  • Can I book a same day appointment?
    We currently do not offer same day booking.
  • What should I include in the address?
    Add the first line of your address and your postcode. Braidsparlour is currently only available in London and Kent area.
  • What part of London do you currently Operate in?
    South East London and East London. We also take bookings in the Kent area.
  • Can I book the same Stylist again?
    Yes, please indicate this in the 'Add your message' section before you checkout.
  • I have sensitive scalp, do you cater to sensitive people with scalps?"
    Yes, please indicate this in the 'Add your message' section before you checkout.
  • I'm allergic to Xpression hair extension, can I request for a different hair brand?"
    Yes, please indicate this in the 'Add your message' section before you checkout.
  • What state should my hair be in for my appointment?
    Please make sure that you hair is clean, dried and streched before your appointment.
